Upload Documents

There are two ways to upload documents. You can either attach them to a Ticket [See Media Gallery ], or you can upload in the Document View.

To upload a document, navigate to Tickets. Select the Document View. Then click Upload documents.

Select to upload from a file sharing service, your device or drag and drop into the screen. You have the option to rename your document and select a layer, then click Upload.

Manage & View Documents

All project documents are listed in Document View.

  1. Manage documents – click on the more icon on the right of the screen. You can download or delete the document or edit the document’s details.
  2. Search – You can search for documents in the search bar.
  3. Filter – Filter documents by file type.


To view a PDF document, click on the document you wish to view. Other formats may not be viewed.
