What you’ll get to do

We are looking to hire a Junior (Technical) Product Manager. In this role you will co-shape the further product development in a fast growing scale up. You will interview customers, work on new concepts and designs with our UX/UI team, write product specifications and act as a product owner in the development team.   • Co-define our product strategy and roadmap with the constant focus to innovate and improve the scale and revenue growth of our product

  • Write and maintain detailed product specifications

Who you are

  • You have a university degree in a technical field related to software (e.g. Software Engineering, Business Informatics, etc.)
  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • If you have programming skills then that's an advantage
  • If you have a background in construction or real estate then that's an advantage
  • You are comfortable and confident working with both the technical and commercial sides of an organisation
  • You are fluent in German and English

What you’ll get to do

As our Acquisition Specialist for the Czech Republic, you will not only manage your team efficiently but you also will be the first point of contact for many of our leads and future customers. You’ll be the friendly and informative voice of PlanRadar, reaching out to new leads via emails, phone calls or social media and making appointments for the Sales team. Over time, you’ll become an expert on the product and on the needs of our customers. While collaborating with other departments, you’ll develop your own style of pitching, taking into account our diverse customer segments and your team’s goals.

What you’ll get to do

We are looking to hire an Android developer to join our team working on our Android app. Our software is used worldwide by many companies from the construction business which brings unique challenges, especially around performance, usability, and writing robust code.

Among other things you will

  • Help to improve the PlanRadar Android app (smartphone, tablet)
  • Write code that’s readable, well documented, and has meaningful tests
  • Build new features and improve the existing codebase
  • Plan and develop unit tests and UI tests
  • Collaborate with the whole team and get involved in planning new features, improving existing features, and architectural decisions
  • Spend time on getting things done correctly, not quick and dirty
  • Development, selection, and integration of new technologies

Who you are

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in Android development

What you’ll get to do

As our Content Marketer you will be digging into what’s happening in the Czech Republic and other international markets, working closely with sales, external agencies and digital tools. You’ll be our customer advocate, telling their stories and creating content that educates them on how best to leverage tech or what’s trending in their niche. While constantly considering our customers in the market, your target will be to increase PlanRadar’s online & offline visibility and drive lead generation across your regions.

Among other things, you will

  • Own the planning and tactical delivery of all content marketing for the Czech Republic and other international markets
  • Increase the organic visibility of the PlanRadar website in the Czech Republic and internationally

  • Be responsible for writing effective marketing copy that drives impact – engaging headlines and, subject lines as examples – and creative content ideas through research

What you’ll get to do

We are looking to hire a Frontend Developer to join our team working on the frontend of our React/AngularJS based webapp. Our Software is used worldwide by many companies from the construction business which brings unique challenges, especially around performance, usability, and writing robust code.

Among other things, you will

  • Help to improve the PlanRadar Webapp/API (React)
  • Improve visual quality and design
  • Write code that’s readable, well documented, and has meaningful tests
  • Build new features and improve the existing codebase
  • Collaborate with the whole team and get involved in planning new features, improving existing features, and architectural decisions
  • Spend time on getting things done correctly, not quick and dirty
  • Develop, select and integrate new technologies

Who you are

  • You have deep and intimate understanding of developing frontends, React, Boostrap, TailwindCSS, CSS/SCSS
  • You have knowledge on how to write performing and robust code
  • You have a good sense for crafting the perfect user experience
  • Your English language skills are excellent
  • You have a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
  • You have excellent communication skills and understanding of the importance of team cohesion

Als unser HR Generalist (m/w) übernimmst Du selbständig Teilbereiche im HR auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene und unterstützt die HR Leitung bei diversen Projekten.   • Du begleitest die Mitarbeiter/innen entlang des gesamten Employee-Life-Cycles
  • Du verwaltest die Personaladministration inkl. Stammdaten, Abwesenheiten, Zeiterfassung sowie Erstellung von Dokumenten und bist die Schnittstelle zur externen Lohnverrechnung
  • Du übernimmst das Recruiting inkl. Bewerbermanagement, Interviewführung und Erstellung von Dienstverträgen für ausgewählte Positionen
  • Du unterstützt Mitarbeiter/innen beim Erlangen der Rot-Weiß-Rot Karte
  • Du analysierst aktuelle Markttrends von Gehältern, Karrieresystemen, Boni und Benefits und organisierst die interne Umsetzung von Compensation & Benefits Maßnahmen

What you’ll get to do

  • Write code that’s readable, well documented, and has meaningful tests

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a Frontend Developer
  • You have experience in developing cross-platform mobile apps, including using native features
  • You have excellent knowledge of React and React hooks
  • You have excellent knowledge of typescript and EC6
  • You have experience in building and maintaining React Native applications with clean code
  • You know how to implement pixel perfect UI’s that match designs
  • You have experience in implementing clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience
  • You have integrated third-party API’s
  • You have published apps in Google Play or Apple Store
  • You have excellent English language skills (German is a plus)
  • It’s a plus if you have good knowledge of integrating React Native applications with native IOS/Android applications

You’ll take on warm customer leads generated in-house and will develop and execute the sales process. What You'LL Get to do

As a member of our Development Team, you are responsible for further developing our product and help create and implement new and exciting features.   • Write code that’s readable, well documented, and has meaningful tests

Who you are

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as an iOS Developer
  • Ideally you have a MSc. or BSc. in Computer Science or a similar education
  • You have a deep and intimate understanding of developing native iOS apps (Objective-C, Swift, CoreData, Cocoa Touch Framework, Cocoa Design Patterns, Git, CocoaPods, REST and common 3rd party frameworks like AFNetworking/Alamofire)

As a Senior Sales Consultant for Romania, you will be building our customer base in one of our newest and most exciting regions. You’ll take on warm customer leads generated in-house and will develop and execute the sales process. From acquisition to presentation to closing, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth throughout the region. Over time, you’ll become an expert on the product and on the needs of your customers. We are looking to hire a Systems Operations Manager to be the first one, in our Revenue Operations Team to ensure all systems and operations perform correctly and to advance the tech stack to accelerate growth.   • Professional economic or technical education

What you’ll get to do

As our Team Lead Digital Marketing, you will be digging into our performance channels for multiple markets and leading a team of performance marketing experts to deliver growth week over week. What you’ll get to do

We are looking to hire a Unity Developer. Our webapp is used worldwide by many companies from the construction and real estate industry which brings unique challenges, especially around usability, performance and robustness. 

Among other thins, you will...

  • Help to develop the PlanRadar BIM Viewer (Unity / Android/ IOS)
  • Improve visual quality and design
  • Write code that’s readable, well documented, and has meaningful tests
  • Build new features and improve the existing codebase
  • Collaborate with the whole team and get involved in planning new features, improving existing features, and architectural decisions
  • Spend time on getting things done correctly, not quick and dirty
  • Development, selection, and integration of new technologies

Who you are

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Ideally you have a MSc. or BSc. in Computer Science or a similar education
  • You have a deep and intimate understanding of developing Software with Unity and C#
  • You offer knowledge on how to write performing and robust code
  • You have a good sense for crafting the perfect user experience
  • Your approach to problem-solving is pragmatic
  • You have excellent communication skills and understanding of the importance of team cohesion
  • Ideally you have experience in mobile development and AR / VR technology
  • Experience with AR / VR technology is a plus

What you’ll get to do

We are looking to hire a web developer to join our team working on our Rails/ReactJS based Webapp/API. Our Software is used worldwide by many companies from the construction business which brings unique challenges, especially around performance, usability, and writing robust code.

Among other things, you will...

  • Help to improve the PlanRadar Webapp/API (Ruby on Rails)
  • Write code that’s readable, well documented, and has meaningful tests
  • Build new features and improve the existing codebase
  • Collaborate with the whole team and get involved in planning new features, improving existing features, and architectural decisions
  • Spend time on getting things done correctly, not quick and dirty
  • Development, selection, and integration of new technologies

Who you are

  • MSc. or BSc. in Computer Science or a similar education is preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Web Development
  • Deep and intimate understanding of developing Ruby on Rails Apps on Postgres, Linux/Unix and ReactJS KnowHow is also preferred
  • Knowledge on working with SQL and relational databases
  • Knowledge on how to write performing and robust code
  • Good sense for crafting the perfect user experience
  • English knowledge (German is a plus)
  • Pragmatic approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills and understanding of the importance of team cohesion
