Link PlanRadar Tickets with QR codes to save time finding the right Ticket when working on-site. Scan the QR code with your camera or PlanRadar mobile app and the linked Ticket will open.
Note: You can also link NFC tags to Tickets.
You need to enable this feature on your mobile device. Once enabled, it will be available for all Tickets.

Important: QR codes must be ordered using specific information provided by PlanRadar. QR codes ordered without this information will not work with the PlanRadar app. To obtain this information, please contact [email protected].

Note: It is possible to link multiple Tickets to the same QR code by repeating those steps.
You can select a Ticket from a list when scanning a QR code with multiple links.
Note: Each Ticket can be linked to only one QR code at a time.
A) If a Ticket is linked to a QR code in the Ticket list, a QR code icon will be shown.

B) When you open a linked Ticket, there will be a section “Linked to: QR code”.

There are two ways to open Tickets by scanning QR codes:

Tip: You can activate the flashlight while scanning to help in dark environments.
(light on/off-button in upper right of scan view)
Note: If there are multiple Tickets linked, you can select the Ticket you want to view from a list.
Note: When using the camera app, it is not necessary to enable the feature in PlanRadar’s mobile app settings
Make sure you are using supported QR codes.

There are two possible reasons why you don’t see the “Link to QR code” button:
If you want to link a Ticket to a different QR code, you have to unlink it first.
