You will...

  • Advising and supporting users after they become customers
  • Proactive demonstration of possible use cases and best practice
  • Caring for and improving relations with existing customers
  • Interface between support and sales teams


  • Professional experience in a similar position
  • Experience with web applications and mobile devices
  • High IT affinity and basic understanding of IT systems
  • Strong technical understanding
  • English Native Speaker, German is a plus
  • Independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication skills and sales talent

The annual gross minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on the Austrian law for this position is EUR 28,000.-. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance. Depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience your salary could be significantly higher.
