In this article, you will learn about the following:

15) Account

  1. Account Overview
  2. Rename Account
  3. Delete Account.

To get to the Account view click on the navigation bar on the gear icon and select “Account” (see SETTINGS for more information).

1. Account Overview

(a) Help & Support

(b) Account details: Remaining subscription period, account name, account holder

(c) Rename or delete account

(d) Infos about the current subscription

(e) Downgrade or upgrade Account (see REGISTRATIONfor more information)

2. Rename Account

If you would like to rename your account, proceed as follows:

(a) Click on „Rename Account“

(b) An input window will appear. Enter the new account name here

(c) Click „Save“ to complete the process

3. Delete Account

If you would like to delete your account, proceed as follows:

(a) Click on „Delete Account“. You will then be sent an e-mail containing a confirmation code.

(b) A message box will appear prompting you to enter the confirmation code you previously received by e-mail.

(c) Click „Delete“ to finally delete your account.

(d) Finally, you still have the opportunity to leave us your feedback.
