Scheme "Statistics PlanRadar"
In this article, you will learn about using Statistics in the PlanRadar Platform. Statistics can be specific for specific projects, levels and filters as well as for specific periods.

How to work with Statistics on the PlanRadar interface

A) Overview

In the upper left corner of the statistics interface, you can choose which statistics to be displayed on the right-hand side using the bar and pie chart: You can choose between

  1. Statistics for selection: Ticket distribution, Users (assigned tickets), User created tickets
  2. Export statistics: Statistics can be exported (in whole or in part) as an XLS file.
  3. Project selection
  4. Selection of component (f.e. Component A)
  5. Selection of the filter setting
  6. Determine the period

B) Export statistics

PlanRadar Benutzeroberfläche: Wie exportiert man Statistiken?

You have the possibility to export statistics in XLS format. To do this, proceed as follows:

  1. Click on the „Export statistics“-Button
  2. Select one or more of the available statistics via checkboxes.
