Sander is responsible for the corporate and growth strategy at PlanRadar, and the Finance, HR, Legal and Operations departments report to him.

Prior to PlanRadar, Sander founded five other IT companies with operations in Europe, the U.S., the Middle East and Central Asia and guided them from concepts to growth companies by leveraging his international experience as a business consultant.

About Ibrahim:

Ibrahim leads the group’s corporate and growth strategy as well as the associated go-to-market teams, from Marketing and Business Development to Sales, Channel Management and Customer Success.

Prior to PlanRadar, Ibrahim co-founded five IT companies and leveraged his 20+ years of experience and his network in Europe, the U.S. and the Middle East to drive these companies from idea to implementation, to growth or successful exit.

About Constantin:

Constantin brings over 15 years of experience in software development to his role as Chief Technology Officer at PlanRadar. He leads product development, customer support and oversees data security and the operation of the infrastructure.

Constantin co-founded PlanRadar, responsible for developing the initial product concept with Clemens and Domagoj, drawing on experiences developing leading software products at large enterprises and leading international product development teams. Prior to PlanRadar, he developed web and mobile products for the pharma industry and the public sector.

About Clemens

Clemens is responsible for the mobile platforms and product concepts at PlanRadar.

He co-founded PlanRadar and developed the first prototypes together with Constantin and Domagoj. Clemens has more than 10 years of experience in software engineering and product development for big enterprises and brought more than 20 mobile applications from idea to go-live.

About Domagoj:

Domagoj has more than 10 years of experience in the planning and construction management of large international projects, providing a deep understanding of the challenges and requirements facing PlanRadar’s customers.

His experience laid the foundations for the development of PlanRadar in 2012 with the goal of simplifying project documentation and communication for the construction industry via a ground-breaking cloud-based application. He has maintained his passion for technology and is today working on innovative solutions for major customers to improve efficiency in the construction and real estate business.

About Karin:

About Vitaly:

Vitaly leads PlanRadar’s Sales teams in our markets in MENA, APAC and Central Asia, guiding and supporting regional leads and their teams.

With an engineering degree in construction, Vitaly as well holds an executive degree in business administration. His experience in real estate development and construction spans more than 15 years. Since 2013, he has held management positions in international companies that provide innovative industry-focused solutions.

Besides lecturing on digitalization topics at universities, he is the author of scientific publications and the co-author of three books. Vitaly is a member of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI).

About Bojan:

Bojan leads PlanRadar’s sales teams in East Europe, guiding and supporting country managers and their teams. Apart from that Bojan is responsible for our sales partner management program worldwide.

Prior to joining PlanRadar, Bojan spent more than 6 years leading teams in the construction industry on large architectural and infrastructure projects. With his engineering background, he has a deep understanding of the challenges and requirements facing PlanRadar customers.

Karim Maksoud, who began his journey as a sales consultant and now is Head of Inside Sales. Karim has successfully pioneered expansion into new markets, building thriving businesses in the process. As a role model, he is passionate about inspiring our sales team to push boundaries, overcome challenges and achieve impressive growth.

About Kate

Kate is PlanRadar’s Head of Marketing, leading a diverse team that acquires sales leads and builds brand recognition across all of PlanRadar’s regions and languages.

Prior to PlanRadar, she spent 8 years in Asia leading teams in both B2B and B2C marketing across the region after starting her career in marketing in European B2B organisations.

About Herwig:

Herwig leads the marketing teams in our MENA, Central Asia and APAC regions. His teams in Dubai, Sydney, Singapore, and Vienna generate sales leads and increase brand awareness in construction and real estate.

Herwig started in 2018 as part of the PlanRadar team in Vienna and since 2022 he is based in Dubai, helping to develop our new regions. Before PlanRadar, he worked in different areas in B2C and B2B marketing with a focus on online and performance marketing.

About Mahmoud

Mahmoud is PlanRadar’s Head of Sales & Business Development, leading the global teams that nurture PlanRadar’s sales leads and customer relationships to bring our product to new customers in all of our regions.

Mahmoud’s experience before PlanRadar features roles in different fields of sales, including telesales, B2C sales, retail sales and outdoor sales.

About Franca:

Franca is a customer-focused leader with a history of empowering technology companies to maximize their sales through value realization, streamlining operational processes, and customer relations.

She has demonstrated a history of creating value, building and leading teams, and establishing a culture of trust through transparency and integrity.

Franca is dedicated to delivering a seamless customer experience throughout all stages and touchpoints of their journey with the aim of boosting customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability.

About Amr:

Amr oversees the Lead Management team at PlanRadar, which ensures that all new sales leads are swiftly and accurately processed.

He served a year in the Austrian military service before becoming a paramedic and his earlier experience includes co-founding a travel agency. He joined PlanRadar as an online marketing consultant in 2018, taking on new challenges and increasing his responsibilities as the company grew.

With a doctorate in computer science, Andreas spent time as a lecturer, researcher and consultant before founding and leading his own PropTech start-up. Andreas continues to mentor other start-up founders in Vienna whilst working at PlanRadar.

Raffael leads the User-interface and User-experience team at PlanRadar.

With more than 15 years of experience in the field of graphic and user-interface design and with an additional background in software engineering, he works as interface between product management and development to help advancing PlanRadar with the best user experience possible.

More than a decade ago, Christian left the field of physics to work as a Data Engineer and Data Scientist in the e-commerce industry. Today he makes sure that PlanRadar stays ahead of the competition by adopting cutting-edge technological advancements.
