Sander van de Rijdt
Sander is responsible for the corporate and growth strategy at PlanRadar, and the Finance, HR, Legal and Administration departments report to him.
Prior to PlanRadar, Sander founded five other IT companies with operations in Europe, the U.S., the Middle East and Central Asia and guided them from concepts to growth companies by leveraging his international experience as a business consultant.
Ibrahim is responsible for corporate and growth strategy at PlanRadar and all go-to-market teams report to him, including Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Channel Management and Customer Success.
Prior to PlanRadar, Ibrahim founded five other IT companies and leveraged his 15+ years of experience in Marketing & Sales and his network in Europe, the US and the Middle East to advance them from the idea stage to growth.
Constantin brings over 15 years of experience in software development to his role as Chief Technology Officer at PlanRadar. He leads product development, customer support and oversees data security and the operation of the infrastructure.
Constantin co-founded PlanRadar, responsible for developing the initial product concept with Clemens and Domagoj, drawing on experiences developing leading software products at large enterprises and leading international product development teams. Prior to PlanRadar, he developed web and mobile products for the pharma industry and the public sector.
Chief Mobile, Co-Founder
Clemens is responsible for the mobile platforms and product concepts at PlanRadar.
He co-founded PlanRadar and developed the first prototypes together with Constantin and Domagoj. Clemens has more than 10 years of experience in software engineering and product development for big enterprises and brought more than 20 mobile applications from idea to go-live.
Domagoj has more than 10 years of experience in the planning and construction management of large international projects, providing a deep understanding of the challenges and requirements facing PlanRadar’s customers.
His experience laid the foundations for the development of PlanRadar in 2012 with the goal of simplifying project documentation and communication for the construction industry via a ground-breaking cloud-based application. He has maintained his passion for technology and is today working on innovative solutions for major customers to improve efficiency in the construction and real estate business.

Markus leads PlanRadar’s administrative team, overseeing a range of day-to-day functions from office management to sales back office, procurement and processes.
With over 20 years of experience in operations, business development and process management, his expertise supports his team to keep PlanRadar’s business running smoothly.

Karin leads PlanRadar’s HR team, ensuring the success of both recruitment and internal HR affairs, including training and performance appraisals.
Karin’s 7 years of experience at a range of Austrian companies are enhanced by an MA in Human Resource Management and Employment Law.

Christian leads PlanRadar’s Finance team.
With more than 8 years of experience as a finance and accounting manager and management consultant, Christian not only ensures financial processes run smoothly, but guides PlanRadar to best practices in all aspects of finance and accounting.

Rudi leads PlanRadar’s sales teams in the DACH and CEE regions.
Having built the PlanRadar DACH sales team from the ground-up from 2017, Rudi knows PlanRadar’s customers and how to best serve the needs of new markets.
Head of Marketing
Kate is PlanRadar’s Head of Marketing, leading a diverse team that acquires sales leads and builds brand recognition across all of PlanRadar’s regions and languages.
Prior to PlanRadar, she spent 8 years in Asia leading teams in both B2B and B2C marketing across the region after starting her career in marketing in European B2B organisations.
Head of SDR/BDR
Mahmoud is PlanRadar’s Head of Sales & Business Development, leading the global teams that nurture PlanRadar’s sales leads and customer relationships to bring our product to new customers in all of our regions.
Mahmoud’s experience before PlanRadar features roles in different fields of sales, including telesales, B2C sales, retail sales and outdoor sales.
Team Lead Customer Success
Fabian leads PlanRadar’s Customer Success team, to ensure customers gain the maximum value from PlanRadar.
Before joining PlanRadar, he gained over seven years of management experience in customer success and account management, predominantly in the hotel and travel technology industries, setting challenging targets and building teams able to meet them.
TL Lead Management
Amr oversees the Lead Management team at PlanRadar, which ensures that all new sales leads are swiftly and accurately processed.
He served a year in the Austrian military service before becoming a paramedic and his earlier experience includes co-founding a travel agency. He joined PlanRadar as an online marketing consultant in 2018, taking on new challenges and increasing his responsibilities as the company grew.
Andreas is Product Manager at PlanRadar, working alongside the CTO and development team to lead the strategic development of our product.
With a doctorate in computer science, Andreas spent time as a lecturer, researcher and consultant before founding and leading his own PropTech start-up. Andreas continues to mentor other start-up founders in Vienna whilst working at PlanRadar.

Mohamed leads PlanRadar’s development team, which ensures a constant pipeline of new product features and improvements.
His career spans a decade of roles in web and mobile development across three continents, first working with and then leading diverse and successful teams.

Simon leads PlanRadar’s product support and IT teams, ensuring that all users have the best experience with our software.
With a background in IT, administration and restoring artwork, Simon brought his eye for detail to PlanRadar in 2017 as a product support specialist and IT administrator before taking charge of the growing support team.
PlanRadar is a business-to-business (B2B) Software as a Service. Thousands of customers all over the world manage documentation, communication, task and defect management through the PlanRadar platform. Recognised as an award winning product for the construction and real estate industry.

After years of experience as a construction project manager, PlanRadar’s co-founder Domagoj Dolinsek realised that a technology solution could make his job easier. He developed the core idea for PlanRadar. He reached out to established entrepreneurs Ibrahim Imam and Sander van de Rijdt, who provided valuable advice in the early days (now our Co-CEOs).
PlanRadar launched in Vienna with a small and agile team. Founder Domagoj brought the construction expertise and ideas and was joined by co-founders Constantin Köck in development (now our CTO) and Clemens Hammerl in design (now our Chief of Mobile Development).
Within a year of signing our first deal, we signed our 100th customer. It was a major milestone for the young company, but we knew it was just the beginning of a bigger story.
We might be European in origin, but in 2015 we signed our first customer from Asia, kickstarting our global journey. Five years later, PlanRadar supports customers in 46 countries around the world.
It was exciting to bring PlanRadar to Europe’s biggest PropTech event for the first time, making new contacts, catching up on the latest software trends and telling everyone about our product.
We were almost buried under an avalanche of recognition in 2017, winning 9 industry awards in a single year.
PlanRadar’s fortunes went from great to better as we received seed investment in order to support our international expansion and keep growing in the German-speaking market.
By the time we signed our 1000th customer, the company was already growing fast. In early 2021, PlanRadar served over 10,000 clients with more than 60,000 people using the app every week.
We’re always refining our software, but can you believe there was a time before our colour-coded tickets? The current set of colours launched in 2018, making tickets easier to navigate.
Reaching a team of 50 was a major milestone. We were able to develop new teams, bring in new expertise and better serve our customers. Plus, more colleagues meant bigger, better team events.
PlanRadar launched its first international subsidiaries in the UK and South Eastern Europe (SEE) region. Local offices and teams set up in London and Zagreb ready to serve brand-new customers.
We celebrated a milestone year by inviting our international colleagues to Vienna for the biggest PlanRadar party so far. Cheers!
PlanRadar received major Series A funding from leading global tech investor firms Insight Venture Partners and Headline (formerly e.ventures), recognising our potential to bring digitisation to construction & real estate industries around the world.
PlanRadar’s European expansion gains steam. In 2020, the company launched subsidiaries in France, Poland, CEE, Russia, the Netherlands, Italy, Romania and Spain. We also welcomed lots of new colleagues to serve customers in more than 18 different languages. Increíble!
In order to support our rapidly growing team, we moved around the corner to an office on the Vienna’s famous Ringstrasse. Our new space is bigger and better than before, with lots of room to support future growth.
