WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO

As our Business Intelligence Analyst you will bundle all data from product development and other teams. You will develop visualizations and predictive models that help colleagues in Sales and Marketing, among others, to make informed decisions and effectively manage internal workflows. You work in close exchange with colleagues from Data Science and Development.

Among other things you will

  • Interface between product development and sales/marketing/customer success/finance
  • Design requirements and processes for collecting and analyzing company-wide data
  • Create and maintain dashboards for data monitoring
  • Develop models to predict customer behavior and strategic opportunities

Who you are

  • Our ideal candidate has an MSc. or BSc. in a technical or scientific field or experience in a similar position
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • You have very good SQL skills
  • You are able to make complex data comprehensible, both visually and in written form
  • You are experienced in Python, PostgreSQL, Pandas, Spark or similar technologies
  • You have perfect English skills (German is a plus)

Als unser Content Partnerships Manager (m/w/d), baust du neue Beziehungen auf und überwachst die Qualität der daraus entstandenen Inhalte. Du bist auf der ständigen Jagd nach neuen Kooperationsmöglichkeiten, in Communities, Verbänden und auf Plattformen, um mit der Zielgruppe von Planradar in Kontakt zu treten. Durch die Kombination von Business Development mit einer journalistischen Herangehensweise, entwickelst du zielgerichteten und wirkungsvollen Content und schaffst dadurch neue Möglichkeiten der organischen Lead-Generierung in der DACH-Region. As our Content Partnerships Manager you will develop new partnerships & oversee quality content outputs as a result of these partnerships. You’ll be hunting down new opportunities across communities, associations and media platforms to connect with potential PlanRadar audiences. WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO

As our IT Support Engineer you will proactively shape our IT landscape and support your colleagues by answering questions about the use of the various tools and processes within our company. You contribute significantly to a data-driven decision-making basis, which translates to a result-oriented and efficient way of working throughout the company.

AMONG OTHER THINGS, YOU WILL

  • Be responsible for IT administration in the MS environment (Sharepoint, O365)
  • Further develope the network infrastructure and ensure ongoing operations
  • Independently handle projects in the area of LAN and WAN management
  • Create documentation and hold internal training courses
  • Troubleshoot and onboard new users in the company

WHO YOU ARE

  • Our ideal candidate as a completed education witha focus on IT (e.g. HTL, apprenticeship)
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • You are experienced in network, hardware and software installation and configuration
  • You have experience in helping users and troubleshooting
  • You have a high affinity for IT and very good analytical skills

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO

As our Marketing Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for improving the performance of our marketing investments through data-driven insight and marketing technology. You’ll implement new processes and tracking to ensure the marketing team has full programme visibility and ensure that marketing initiatives are optimised to their full potential!

Your target will be to partner effectively with the marketing team to identify opportunities to increase return on investment and delight customers.

AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL

  • Be responsible for creating and maintaining metrics reports on marketing activities and effectiveness, and provide insight on the business impact
  • Develop and implement tracking mechanisms for marketing programmes to ensure outcomes are clearly understood and aligned
  • Implementation of marketing automation triggers, workflows and content within Hubspot, WalkMe and other marketing automation tools
  • Set up and validation of testing approaches
  • Proactively explore data to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing
  • Recommend optimisation of campaign performance based on industry best practices

WHO YOU ARE

  • Our ideal candidate is an analytical thinker comfortable conducting complex analysis and converting results into actionable business decisions
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • You have a proven track record in data modelling, statistics and database reporting to inform key business decisions
  • You have hands-on experience with marketing automation technology such as Hubspot, Marketo etc and can QA content and functionality before release
  • Experienced in SQL, Python or similar programming software is a plus
  • You are a critical thinker and problem solver to provide clarity to complex data challenges
  • You are comfortable presenting recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment 
  • You have impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)

What You'LL Get to do

As a member of our Development Team, you are responsible for further developing our product and help create and implement new and exciting features. We are looking to hire a Systems Operations Manager to be the first one, in our Revenue Operations team to ensure all systems and operations perform correctly and to advance the tech stack to accelerate growth. WHAT YOU‘LL GET TO DO 

As our Team Lead Digital Marketing, you will be digging into our performance channels for multiple markets and leading a team of performance marketing experts to deliver growth week over week. You’ll be responsible for filling the sales funnel with plenty of high-quality leads and optimising the channel mix to drive the highest commercial outcome. You will manage different paid channels with your team to maximise their impact and collaborate across the business to keep on top of performance.

  • Oversee a number of European regions within Digital Marketing Team and report directly to our Head of Online Marketing
  • Set up and optimise different paid channels for lead generation Identify new opportunities for lead generation in the markets
  • Dig deep into performance data to identify optimisation opportunities and lead the team in exceeding their KPIs
  • Work with the Content Marketing team to develop engaging creative and high-performing landing pages
  • Give inputs to the web development and marketing automation teams to improve campaign performance

WHO YOU ARE

  • Our ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset and a data-driven way of working, bringing expertise in paid online marketing channels
  • You have team lead experience and a proven track record in leading people to exceed performance marketing targets, preferably in a B2B business
  • You have experience with CRO and marketing automation
  • You are results-driven and KPI-focused, ready to take ownership of your responsibilities
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO

We are looking to hire a Team Lead Revenue Operations (RevOps) to build up, shape and lead the RevOps team from scratch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone craving ownership and eager to have a huge impact on a fast growing scale-up in the B2B SaaS space!

Among other things you will

  • Build up, shape and lead the RevOps team from scratch incl. main functions for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success Operations as well as the relevant tech stack.
  • Own core processes, systems and data relevant for growth.
  • Help to avoid siloed growth teams and operations across all regions.
  • Setup a data driven framework and policies to constantly improve and optimize the growth engine and customer journey including but not limited to funnel analytics, forecasting and main KPIs.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations and/or Sales Operations in the SaaS industry
  • Experience in leading a team and hands-on mentality when executing and rolling out complex projects on time in a fast-paced environment while keeping an eye on the big picture
  • Experience implementing and maintaining growth relevant tech stack (e.g. Salesforce/Zoho CRM, Hubspot, Salesloft, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of data analytics, software development and system integration processes and methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of GTM processes, incentive strategies and forecasting methodologies.
  • Perfect English skills (German is a plus) and excellent communication skills that help understanding requirements and aligning internal stakeholders on adoption, set targets, priorities and strategies.

WHAT YOU‘LL GET TO DO

As our Technical SEO Expert, you will manage all technical SEO related topics for all markets. You will be working closely with the content marketing team, web development team and digital tools.

Your mission  will be to increase PlanRadar’s digital footprint and drive organic online lead generation.

Among other things, you will:

  • Perform technical website audits and ensure the resolution of technical deficiencies in cooperation with our web development team
  • Review the existing site structure and ensure continuous optimization
  • Optimize content in cooperation with our content marketing team
  • Evaluate and ongoing optimization of our backlink profile
  • Work with the content marketing team on key on-page and off-page drivers
  • Monitor the competitors on an ongoing basis
  • Identify and implement potential new channels
  • Track, analysis and report the results according to the company guidelines as well as suggest appropriate measures

Who you are

  • Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years of professional experience and proven track record in technical search engine optimization
  • You have a proven track record in technical search engine optimization
  • You have very good knowledge of industry standard software ( Hfrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, SEMrush, ...)
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are always on top of the latest algorithm update and its implication
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment 
  • You have impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO

We are looking for an UI Designer to join our team working on our Webapp and our native iOS and Android Apps. Our Software is used worldwide by many companies from the construction business which brings unique challenges, especially concerning on-site usability and enabling highly efficient workflows.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone craving ownership and eager to have a huge impact on a fast growing scale-up in the B2B SaaS space!

Among other things you will

  • Create excellent UI designs and animations for Web, iOS and Android using
    Sketch or similar tools
  • Plan and design new features and work on the improvement of existing features within the product department
    Maintain and improve our design systems
  • Cover the entire process from idea to final artwork to shipping specifications to the development team
  • Constantly improve the UI/UX for all our platforms (Web, iOS and Android)
  • Proactively highlight any issues or UI/UX flaws in our product
  • Create wireframes and prototypes (click dummies) to evaluate new ideas and features

Who you are

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a UI/UX Designer
  • You have a solid experience and track record of designing, shipping and iterating on mobile and web applications (Experience with B2B SaaS products is a plus)
  • You offer expert knowledge in prototyping and design tools (Sketch or Figma, Adobe CS)
  •  You are experienced in preparing designs from ideas to design specifications for developers within agile processes
  • You have experience in working in a multidisciplinary team of product managers, developers and other stakeholders
  • You have very good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
    in English.
