Moving abroad is never easy, but there are lots of reasons to relocate to Vienna:

Social security & Healthcare

Austria has a very advanced social security system and offers benefits such as a pension contribution, unemployment insurance, maternity leave and free access to public healthcare for everyone. If your family relocates with you, no problem! As you are employed by an Austrian company, they will also receive health insurance. Five weeks of paid annual leave (in addition to public Holidays) are also standard in Austria.

13. & 14. Salary

Receiving your monthly salary 14 x per year sounds too good to be true? No, it is not. In Austria you get two extra payments based on the annual income, one in the middle of the year so you can spend it on a nice summer vacation, and another around the end of year, so you can celebrate the holiday period in style.

Family friendly

In Vienna, day care for children under the age of six years is free! The school system as such is also free of charge, though there are options available for private and international schools too. The choice is yours, and not dependant on the district you live in.

Combines best of City living & nature

Vienna it the world’s greenest city. In fact, Parks and green areas make up almost 50% of the city. Vienna is a major capital city surrounded by the Wiener Wald (Vienna Forest) and thus offers the best of both worlds: living in a city with a huge variety of cultural events, museums, restaurants and theatres, but is also only a 15-minute train ride away from mountains, hiking trails (some of them are even within the city boundaries!), local vineyards and lots of other outdoor activities.

Together with a professional external trainer, PlanRadar regularly offers in-house German classes for all our international colleagues.

As well as rent, other living expenses such as groceries, restaurants and bills are generally lower than in other big European cities.

Who you are

  • Deep knowledge of state-of-the-art HR processes, approaches, and tools, including talent management, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations
  • Proven experience in change management and organizational design in an international setup

Your Salary

The annual gross minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on the Austrian law for this position is EUR 80.500,-. Depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience your salary could be significantly higher.

  • Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung eines 4-köpfigen internationalen Accounting-Teams
  • Sicherstellung eines pünktlichen Monatsabschlusses für unser Headquarter in Wien sowie unserer weltweiten Standorte

Das zeichnet dich aus

  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt in den Bereichen Finance, Controlling und Buchhaltung bzw. Bilanzierung
  • Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Accounting oder Finanzen, in einer leitenden Position
  • Starke Führungskompetenz und Teamorientierung
  • Freude an der Arbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld und Hands-on mentality
  • Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerberatung und/oder Wirtschaftsprüfung von Vorteil
  • Ausgezeichnete MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

Dein Gehalt

Among other things, you will

  • Be responsible for our marketing activities (Digital, Content, Events, PR) in our sales regions GCC, Central Asia, ASEAN and ANZ
  • Lead and develop our regional marketing team with employees in Dubai, Sydney, Singapore and Vienna
  • Ensure a consistent global brand appearance and regional implementation of global standards and best practices through close alignment with your peers in Europe and the US
  • Work closely with our sales teams and other stakeholders to develop regional marketing campaigns that drive revenue

Who you are

  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS, experience in construction and real estate is a plus

  • Strongly analytical mindset and experience in working with data as well as hands-on mentality
