Sander van de Rijdt
Co-CEO, Co-Founder
Sander is responsible for the corporate and growth strategy at PlanRadar, and the Finance, HR, Legal and Operations departments report to him.
Prior to PlanRadar, Sander founded five other IT companies with operations in Europe, the U.S., the Middle East and Central Asia and guided them from concepts to growth companies by leveraging his international experience as a business consultant.
Ibrahim Imam
Co-CEO, Co-Founder
Ibrahim leads the group’s corporate and growth strategy as well as the associated go-to-market teams, from Marketing and Business Development to Sales, Channel Management and Customer Success.
Prior to PlanRadar, Ibrahim co-founded five IT companies and leveraged his 20+ years of experience and his network in Europe, the U.S. and the Middle East to drive these companies from idea to implementation, to growth or successful exit.
Constantin Köck
CTO, Co-Founder
Constantin brings over 15 years of experience in software development to his role as Chief Technology Officer at PlanRadar. He leads product development, customer support and oversees data security and the operation of the infrastructure.
Constantin co-founded PlanRadar, responsible for developing the initial product concept with Clemens and Domagoj, drawing on experiences developing leading software products at large enterprises and leading international product development teams. Prior to PlanRadar, he developed web and mobile products for the pharma industry and the public sector.
Clemens Hammerl
CPO, Co-Founder
As CPO and Co-Founder, Clemens is leading the product management and UI/UX departments at PlanRadar. As a Co-Founder of the company, he was instrumental in developing the initial product, alongside Constantin and Domagoj. He has over 15 years of experience in software engineering, user interface design, and product management with a special focus on mobile computing.
Prior to PlanRadar, he co-founded a service-oriented IT company that developed software for the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, he has worked as a freelancer in development and consulting for international clients, successfully bringing over 20 mobile-focused software projects from idea to market.
Domagoj Dolinsek
Founder
Domagoj has more than 10 years of experience in the planning and construction management of large international projects, providing a deep understanding of the challenges and requirements facing PlanRadar’s customers.
His experience laid the foundations for the development of PlanRadar in 2012 with the goal of simplifying project documentation and communication for the construction industry via a ground-breaking cloud-based application. He has maintained his passion for technology and is today working on innovative solutions for major customers to improve efficiency in the construction and real estate business.
Bojan Petkovic
Global Sales Director
Bojan leads PlanRadar’s sales teams in Europe, guiding and supporting country managers and their teams. Apart from that Bojan is responsible for our Global Growth Partner program.
Prior to joining PlanRadar, Bojan spent more than 6 years leading teams in the construction industry on large architectural and infrastructure projects. With his engineering background, he has a deep understanding of the challenges and requirements facing PlanRadar customers.
Kate Robson
Global Director Marketing
Kate is PlanRadar’s Global Director of Marketing, leading a diverse team that acquires sales leads and builds brand recognition across all of PlanRadar’s regions and languages.
Prior to PlanRadar, she spent 8 years in Asia leading teams in both B2B and B2C marketing across the region after starting her career in marketing in European B2B organisations.
Mahmoud Al-Sherif
Head of Sales & Business Development
Mahmoud is PlanRadar’s Head of Sales & Business Development, leading the global teams that nurture PlanRadar’s sales leads and customer relationships to bring our product to new customers in all of our regions.
Mahmoud’s experience before PlanRadar features roles in different fields of sales, including telesales, B2C sales, retail sales and outdoor sales.
Franca-Sofia Fehrenbach
Head of Customer Success
Franca is a customer-focused leader with a history of empowering technology companies to maximize their sales through value realization, streamlining operational processes, and customer relations.
She has demonstrated a history of creating value, building and leading teams, and establishing a culture of trust through transparency and integrity.
Franca is dedicated to delivering a seamless customer experience throughout all stages and touchpoints of their journey with the aim of boosting customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability.
Mohamed Shaer
Head of Development
Mohamed leads PlanRadar’s development team, which ensures a constant pipeline of new product features and improvements.
His career spans a decade of roles in web and mobile development across three continents, first working with and then leading diverse and successful teams.
Amr Sakr
Manager Global Process & Operations
Amr oversees the Lead Management team at PlanRadar, which ensures that all new sales leads are swiftly and accurately processed.
He served a year in the Austrian military service before becoming a paramedic and his earlier experience includes co-founding a travel agency. He joined PlanRadar as an online marketing consultant in 2018, taking on new challenges and increasing his responsibilities as the company grew.
Andreas Langegger
Team Lead Product Management
Andreas is TL of the Product team at PlanRadar, working alongside the CTO and development team to lead the strategic development of our product.
With a doctorate in computer science, Andreas spent time as a lecturer, researcher and consultant before founding and leading his own PropTech start-up. Andreas continues to mentor other start-up founders in Vienna whilst working at PlanRadar.
Simon Bizzarri
Manager Technical Product Support & IT
Simon leads PlanRadar’s product support and IT teams, ensuring that all users have the best experience with our software.
With a background in IT, administration and restoring artwork, Simon brought his eye for detail to PlanRadar in 2017 as a product support specialist and IT administrator before taking charge of the growing support team.
Raffael Wagner
Team Lead UI/UX Design
Raffael leads the User-interface and User-experience team at PlanRadar.
With more than 15 years of experience in the field of graphic and user-interface design and with an additional background in software engineering, he works as interface between product management and development to help advancing PlanRadar with the best user experience possible.
Milestones
2013
After years as a construction project manager, co-founder Domagoj Dolinsek developed the core idea for PlanRadar and reached out to entrepreneurs Ibrahim Imam and Sander van de Rijdt (now Co-CEOs) for advice. The company launched in Vienna with a small, agile team – Domagoj bringing construction expertise, joined by Constantin Koeck (development, now CTO) and Clemens Hammerl (design, now CPO).
2014
Within a year of the first deal, we signed our 100th customer, a major milestone proving the concept and marking just the beginning of a bigger story.
2015
We signed our first customer from Asia, kickstarting its global journey. Five years later, we supported customers in 46 countries around the world.
2017
We received seed investment to support our international expansion and continued growth in the German-speaking market.
2017
Over the years, we've been recognised again and again, from real estate and construction to broader business and innovation circles. We were a finalist in the MIPIM Startup Competition, one of the biggest stages in global real estate, and won the DBS (Digital Building Solution) Award for best start-up in construction and real estate. Recognition also came from further afield with an award at the Australian Construction Awards, and closer to home with the eAward, one of Austria's leading business prizes for IT and digital projects.
2019
We launched our first international subsidiaries in the UK and South Eastern Europe (SEE) region, with local offices and teams set up in London and Zagreb.
2019
Reaching a team of 50 was a major milestone. As we grew, we brought on board new talent from all over the world, always looking for the best people, wherever they happened to be. This growing mix of backgrounds and perspectives made PlanRadar a more multicultural place to work, one built on different experiences and ways of thinking.
2020
Just a year after taking our first international steps, 2020 saw that momentum turn into real scale. We expanded rapidly across Europe, opening new offices in multiple countries and welcoming more colleagues from all corners of the continent. What began as a handful of first offices was quickly turning into a much bigger presence, with local teams able to support customers in their own language, backed by real know-how of how each market works. This wave of growth laid the foundation for the global company we are today.
2020
We received major Series A funding from leading global tech investor firms Insight Venture Partners and Headline (formerly e.ventures), recognising our potential to bring digitisation to construction and real estate industries around the world.
2021
To support the rapidly growing team, the Vienna HQ moved to a bigger office around the corner on Vienna's famous Ringstrasse, with lots of room for future growth.
2022
Our Series B funding marked a major step in becoming a truly global company. It supported a new wave of international expansion, bringing PlanRadar to new markets and regions from the US to Southeast Asia, alongside a significant boost in R&D investment, with a new tech hub and a dedicated product innovation team focused on bringing sector-defining new technologies to PlanRadar. In total, this milestone helped create over 200 new jobs, nearly doubling our global headcount within a year.
2024
SiteView is now live: AI-powered 360° reality capture, built right into PlanRadar. Attach a 360° camera, open PlanRadar, and walk. AI maps every frame to your floor plan automatically, giving your whole team a full visual record of the site at any point in time, so issues are caught early and rework is reduced. A full site walk that once took three hours now takes twenty-five minutes.
2026
We introduced PlanRadar AI Agents, closing the gap between what happens on a project and what actually gets done. Once triggered, an agent completes the action itself, no approval step, no waiting. Customers can build their own agents in plain language or use ready-made ones, with every action logged, attributed, and limited to what its creator could do themselves, so teams get real autonomy without giving up control.
2026
We moved our Vienna office into the historic Börsegebäude, which served for over a century as the bustling economic hub and trading floor of the Wiener Börse (Vienna Stock Exchange). Stepping into a space with this much history felt like the right way to mark the next chapter of our own story, one that started just a few streets away.
