Customers of PlanRadar who refer a new customer to PlanRadar (“Promotor”) will receive an award (“Award”) subject to this terms and conditions. The new customer must be a natural or legal person other than the Promotor.
Only customers of PlanRadar having an active, uncancelled,fee-based subscription package and are located in one of the following countries are eligible to participate in the Program. See the list of eligible countries here: www.planradar.com/promotion-info/.
Customers of PlanRadar having a free trial package are not eligible. Cooperation partners and distribution partners of PlanRadar as well as professional intermediaries (i.e. intermediaries who refer more than 10 customers per year) do not qualify as Promotor. Employees of PlanRadar and their respective family members are excluded from participating in the Program.
New customer means a company who is not and has not been a paying customer of PlanRadar (i.e. a company not having and never had a fee-based subscription package) nor received any offer from PlanRadar. The new customer has to activate the subscription package of Starter yearly, PRO yearly or Enterprise yearly for a new PlanRadar account (additional subscribers for an already existing PlanRadar account are not eligible). If the new customer acquires more than one subscription package, only one Award will be granted. If the same new customer is referred several times, only the first Promotor will receive an Award. The Award will only be granted after the new customer has effectively paid the first license fee to PlanRadar. Delivery may take up to 16 weeks. PlanRadar undertakes only a limited number of delivery attempts. The Award will not be redeemed in cash.
PlanRadar is entitled to verify any referral and to reject any referred new customer at its sole discretion.
Promotor will comply with all applicable laws or regulations when referring new customers to PlanRadar. In particular, Promotor will assure compliance with all applicable anti-bribery laws and confirms that he is acting in compliance with any compliance or gift policy applicable to him when participating in the Program and receiving the Award. Promotor will also assure that his activities do not qualify as misleading, aggressive or other unfair practices. Promotor must not distribute any unsolicited commercial emails or “spam”. Promotor explicitly must not participate in the Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable laws or regulations.
