Before the test phase ends, you’ll receive a reminder email from us. If you decide not to subscribe to a package, you can still download your previous project data. Your account will automatically expire and there won’t be any costs to pay.

You can invite project participants under “Users”. Subcontractors can be added free of charge to your PlanRadar account.
Yes, you can easily use PlanRadar in offline mode. Your changes, such as tickets or voice memos, are stored locally. Once you have Internet access again, your changes are synchronised in the cloud and then updated on each project participant’s device. As a result, all project participants are always up-to-date.
We accept all major credit cards, payment by bank transfer and PayPal. Your payment transactions are processed with the payment provider FastSpring. You have the choice between a monthly or annual payment.
All subscription packages give you unlimited storage space for your data such as tickets and photos. The Basic and Pro subscription packages have restrictions on plans.
