Als Teil des Customer Success Teams arbeitest du eng mit den Kunden zusammen, um ihnen zu unterstützen, ihre geschäftlichen Bedürfnisse zu erkennen. What you’ll get to do

PlanRadar is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager for the Italian market to join our global Customer Success team in Cairo. As Customer Success Manager you will work closely with customers to help them discover their business needs. You will also onboard them on the best way to use PlanRadar’s features to obtain business value and exceed their targeted business outcomes. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers and be responsible for the onboarding, adoption, advocacy, retention, and growth of your client base. Working closely with Sales Consultants, our CSMs to provide input into the strategic account and success plans, help identify areas where customers have room for improvement, and uncover new business opportunities within existing clients. Your ultimate goal is to build excellent customer relationships and boost value realization that promotes retention and loyalty.

We are looking to hire an Office / Operations Administrator, who acts as our swiss army knife and will take local ownership of all administrative, financial and HR related tasks for our regional hub in Dubai and being a local spokesperson for the related departments in our HQ. Among other things you

• Are responsible for validating and processing orders, invoicing and dunning for our customers
• Are the first point of contact for customer inquiries and invoice questions

Als unser Team Lead HR Operations trägst du die Verantwortung für den gesamten Employee-Life-Cycle und leitest unser gesamtes HR Operations Team in Wien und an weiteren internationalen Standorten.

• Du leitest unser mehrköpfiges, internationales HR Operations Team und sorgst für Motivation, Förderung und stärkenorientierte Weiterentwicklung jedes Teammitglieds
• Du verantwortest den gesamten Bereich HR Operations sowie Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management und Learning & Development
• Du arbeitest „hands on“ an operativen Tasks und unterstützt dein Team mit deiner fachlichen Expertise
• Du formulierst und monitorst Teamziele und KPIs und stellst damit eine optimale HR Serviceleistung sicher
• Gemeinsam mit unserem Team Lead Recruiting & Employer Branding arbeitest du laufend an der Verbesserung von Employee Experience und Employee Retention
• Du verfolgst Innovationen und Trends im HR Bereich und treibst Veränderungsprozesse proaktiv voran 
• Du agierst als Sparring-Partner für Führungskräfte und berichtest direkt an die HR Leitung

What you’ll get to do

As our Team Lead Sales & Business Development for SEE, you will not only manage your team efficiently but you also will be the first point of contact for many of our leads and future customers. You’ll be the friendly and informative voice of PlanRadar, reaching out to new leads via emails, phone calls or social media and making appointments for the Sales team. Over time, you’ll become an expert on the product and on the needs of our customers. While collaborating with other departments, you’ll develop your own style of pitching, taking into account our diverse customer segments and your team’s goals.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have work experience as a team leader or supervisor
• You have at least 3 years proven track record of sales experience and success
• You have excellent communication and leadership skills

• You have fluent spoken and written skills in English & Croatian
• You have excellent software skills

What you’ll get to do

We are looking for an UI/UX Designer to join our team working on our Webapp and our native iOS and Android Apps. Our Software is used worldwide by many companies from the construction business which brings unique challenges, especially concerning on-site usability and enabling highly efficient workflows.

Among other things you will

• Constantly improve the UX for all our platforms (Web, iOS and Android)
• Plan and design new features and work on the improvement of existing features within the product department
• Proactively highlight any issues or UI/UX flaws in our product
• Cover the entire process from idea to final artwork to shipping specifications to the development team
• Create wireframes and prototypes (click dummies) to evaluate new ideas and features
• Create excellent UI designs and animations for Web, iOS and Android using Figma or similar tools
• Constantly maintain and improve our design systems

Who you are

• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a UI/UX Designer
• You have a solid experience and track record of designing, shipping and iterating on mobile and web applications (Experience with B2B SaaS products is a plus)
• You offer expert knowledge in prototyping and design tools (Figma or Sketch, Adobe CS)
• You are experienced in preparing designs from ideas to design specifications for developers within agile processes
• You have experience in working in a multidisciplinary team of product managers, developers and other stakeholders
• You have very good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in English.
