WHAT YOU‘LL GET TO DO FOR THE DACH-MARKET

As our Brand Strategy Manager, you‘ll ensure that PlanRadar connects to the hearts and minds of our audiences. You’ll oversee the creation of multi-channel content that tells our story through effective partnerships, platforms and formats.

While constantly considering our customers in the market, your target will be to increase PlanRadar’s brand recognition and ensure that our online and offline messaging works harmoniously.

Among other things, you will

  • Be responsible for brand development, planning, and comms execution that increase Share of Voice
  • Own communications across owned and earned channels including referral programs, social, PR and brand marketing
  • Manage communications for different audiences including Customer, Internal Comms and Investor Comms
  • Gather feedback from sales and analyse user and market behavior to define positioning
  • Develop PlanRadar’s brand narrative, tone and positioning
  • Track brand KPIs over time to help the marketing team understand efficacy of campaigns and initiatives

Who you are

  • Our ideal candidate is tech-savvy storyteller, an expert in using language to create impact
  • You have a proven track record in developing brand strategy to elevate a fast-growing company to the next level
  • You have experience in leading cross-functional teams to an aligned brand voice
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position

What You'LL Get to do

We are looking to hire a DevOps Engineer to join our team working on our development and hosting infrastructure. Our Ruby on Rails based webapp/API is used worldwide by many companies from the construction and real estate business which brings unique challenges, especially around performance, security, and fast release cycles.

Among other things you will

  • Help to improve the PlanRadar hosting environment (AWS,Azure)
  • Make sure the development has reliable environments for efficient engineering.
  • Extend and improve our CI/CD pipeline
  • Collaborate with the whole team and get involved in planning new features, improving existing features, and architectural decisions
  • Spend time on getting things done correctly, not quick and dirty
  • Keep our environment secure, reliable and modern

Who you are

  • MSc. or BSc. in Computer Science or a similar education is preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
  • AWS Knowledge
  • Scripting knowledge bash, ideally python and ruby.
  • Linux Knowledge
  • CI/CD (Jenkins)
  • Infrastructure/Development Security
  • Kubernetes (Docker)
  • Measuring / Monitoring
  • Azure knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge on working with SQL and relational databases

WHAT YOU‘LL GET TO DO for the netherlands

As our Digital Marketer for the Netherlands, you will be digging into what’s happening in our markets, working closely with Sales, our Content Marketing team and a range of digital tools. You’ll be responsible for filling the sales funnel of the local Sales team with plenty of high-quality leads. You will manage different paid channels and will collaborate with the rest of the team to maximise their impact, generating new creatives and keeping on top of performance. You will also drive all major aspects of our inbound content marketing activities, ensuring our language connects with our audiences and we continuously improve our organic ranking.

Among other things, you will:

  • Set up and optimise different paid channels for lead generation
  • Be hungry to achieve 1st page rankings for our most important search terms

WHAT YOU‘LL GET TO DO For Italy

As our Digital Marketer for Italy, you will be digging into what’s happening in our markets, working closely with Sales, our Content Marketing team and a range of digital tools. You’ll be responsible for filling the sales funnel of the local Sales team with plenty of high-quality leads. You will manage different paid channels and will collaborate with the rest of the team to maximise their impact, generating new creatives and keeping on top of performance. You will also drive all major aspects of our inbound content marketing activities, ensuring our language connects with our audiences and we continuously improve our organic ranking.

  • Set up and optimise different paid channels for lead generation

What You'LL Get to do

We are looking to hire a Frontend Developer. Our webapp is used worldwide by many companies from the construction and real estate industry which brings unique challenges, especially around usability, performance and robustness. 

Among other things you will

  • Help to improve the PlanRadar Webapp (Ruby on Rails / React)
  • Improve visual quality and design
  • Write code that’s readable, well documented, and has meaningful tests
  • Build new features and improve the existing codebase
  • Collaborate with the whole team and get involved in planning new features, improving existing features, and architectural decisions
  • Spend time on getting things done correctly, not quick and dirty
  • Develop, select and integrate new technologies

Who you are

  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a Frontend Developer
  • Ideally you have a MSc. or BSc. in Computer Science or a similar education
  • You have deep and intimate understanding of developing frontends with React and Bootstrap / CSS
  • You know how to write performing and robust code
  • You have excellent English language skills (German is a plus)
  • You have a good sense for crafting the perfect user experience
  • Your approach to problem solving is pragmatic
  • You have excellent communication skills and understanding of the importance of team cohesion

WHAT YOU‘LL GET TO DO for the czech republic

As a Sales Consultant for the Czech Republic you will take on warm customer leads generated in-house and will develop and execute the sales process. From acquisition to presentation to closing, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth throughout the region. Over time, you’ll become an expert on the product and on the needs of your customers. While collaborating with other departments, you’ll develop your own style of pitching and negotiating, taking into account our diverse customer segments.

What you'll get to do

As our Sales Development Representative for Romania, you will be the first point of contact for many of our leads and future customers. You’ll be the friendly and informative voice of PlanRadar, reaching out to new leads via emails, phone calls or social media and making appointments for the Sales team. Who you are

What You'LL Get to do

As a member of our Development Team, you are responsible for further developing our product and help create and implement new and exciting features.   • Help to improve the PlanRadar iOS app (smartphone, tablet)
  • Write code that’s readable, well documented, and has meaningful tests
  • Build new features and improve the existing codebase

  • Spend time on getting things done correctly, not quick and dirty
  • Development, selection, and integration of new technologies

Who you are

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as an iOS Developer
  • Ideally you have a MSc. or BSc. in Computer Science or a similar education
  • You have a deep and intimate understanding of developing native iOS apps (Objective-C, Swift, CoreData, Cocoa Touch Framework, Cocoa Design Patterns, Git, CocoaPods, REST and common 3rd party frameworks like AFNetworking/Alamofire)
  • You obtained knowledge on how to write clean and robust code
  • You feature a good sense for crafting the perfect user experience and performance
  • You have excellent English language skills (German is a plus)
  • Your approach to problem-solving is pragmatic

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO

We are looking to hire a Team Lead Revenue Operations (RevOps) to build up, shape and lead the RevOps team from scratch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone craving ownership and eager to have a huge impact on a fast growing scale-up in the B2B SaaS space!

Among other things you will

  • Build up, shape and lead the RevOps team from scratch incl. main functions for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success Operations as well as the relevant tech stack.
  • Own core processes, systems and data relevant for growth.
  • Help to avoid siloed growth teams and operations across all regions.
  • Setup a data driven framework and policies to constantly improve and optimize the growth engine and customer journey including but not limited to funnel analytics, forecasting and main KPIs.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations and/or Sales Operations in the SaaS industry
  • Experience in leading a team and hands-on mentality when executing and rolling out complex projects on time in a fast-paced environment while keeping an eye on the big picture
  • Experience implementing and maintaining growth relevant tech stack (e.g. Salesforce/Zoho CRM, Hubspot, Salesloft, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of data analytics, software development and system integration processes and methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of GTM processes, incentive strategies and forecasting methodologies.
  • Perfect English skills (German is a plus) and excellent communication skills that help understanding requirements and aligning internal stakeholders on adoption, set targets, priorities and strategies.

What You'LL Get to do

We are looking to hire a web developer to join our team working on our Rails/ReactJS based Webapp/API. Our Software is used worldwide by many companies from the construction business which brings unique challenges, especially around performance, usability, and writing robust code. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated and competent people who want to be an important part of a rapidly growing scale-up in the B2B SaaS space!

Among other things you will

  • Help to improve the PlanRadar Webapp/API (Ruby on Rails)
  • Write code that’s readable, well documented, and has meaningful tests
  • Build new features and improve the existing codebase
  • Collaborate with the whole team and get involved in planning new features, improving existing features, and architectural decisions
  • Spend time on getting things done correctly, not quick and dirty
  • Development, selection, and integration of new technologies

Who you are

  • MSc. or BSc. in Computer Science or a similar education is preferred
  • Deep and intimate understanding of developing Ruby on Rails Apps on Postgres, Linux/Unix and ReactJS KnowHow is also preferred
  • Knowledge on working with SQL and relational databases
  • Knowledge on how to write performing and robust code
  • Good sense for crafting the perfect user experience
  • English knowledge (German is a plus)
  • Pragmatic approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills and understanding of the importance of team cohesion
