Emerald Hotel Management Kft. was looking for a digital solution mainly to perform facility management tasks for their newly built hotel. Downtime of the hotel’s rental rooms was reduced by 30%, while cooperation between persons assigning the tasks and the maintenance staff responsible for the tasks was accelerated and improved significantly, the elimination of communication gaps approached 100%.
