DELTA was commissioned to manage the project development, as well as project management during the following phases: project preparation, planning and preparation for implementation. In addition, DELTA supervised and monitored the implementation phase.
PlanRadar was already used during the execution phase as a tool to document construction progress. Using PlanRadar made it much easier to log defects since recording is intuitive and easy to learn. Repeated defects were recorded with minimal effort and in high quality. Also, in contrast to conventional defect management methods, rectifying defects was more effective and, above all, more efficient.
